Q: Why sound & vision is considerably cheaper than other sellers of the same product?
A: We simply believe in selling quality products in high volumes by lowering our profit margin.

Q: How DO I pay?
A: You can either pay by using paypal or your debit or credit cards.
At the check out you will be given the option to pay by paypal or Pay with a debit or credit card.

Q: Can I collect my item and pay for it on collection?
A: Yes. Our products can be Posted or Collected from us directly. 
If you wish to collect an item, please call us beforehand, to have it ready for you.

Q: Will I receive a VAT invoice?
A: Yes you will receive VAT invoice for your purchases.

Q: Are replacement bulbs easy to change? 
A: Yes. In most cases you only need a small pair of pliers and a philips screwdriver. 
There will be a leaflet in the box, which explains what to do, before replacing the bulb.

In order for us to help you to find right lamps, please provide us

1). your projector name and model;

2). any information printed on your old lamp;

3). A photo of your old lamp;

4). Measurement in millimetres of your old cup.
