FAQ

Q - Why can I not use a Top Osram P-VIP 100-120 /1.3 E23h instead of this lamp, what's the difference?

 A- The E23h lamp is powered  by a 15 kilovolt ballast, whereas the E23 lamp is powered by a 5 kilovolt ballast.

Q - If I get stuck with any aspect of technical issues will you be able to provide support?

A-  Of course, we have qualified engineers who can provide technical information, only if purchased from ourselves.
