Osram ballast power unit, which is also known as the starter of the lamp.
And that means if you have fitted a new lamp but TV still wouldn’t turn on, this unit has developed a fault and needs be replaced.
 
This  is a 15 KV ballast which is found on all DLP & LCD rear projection tvs.
 
This ballast is often found in the following brands of rear projection tvs, which use a lamp of Osram P-VIP 100-120 /1.3 E23h OR PHILIPS P-VIP 100 120 /1.0 Lamp.
 
SAGEM, SAMSUNG, LG, THOMSON, RCA, MITSUBISHI & MORE

Please note: this ballast is NOT SUITABLE FOR  SAGEM HTD501 model, but works with all other Sagem rear projection models.
