   The first bulb ordered went missing in the post but after calling them, the issue was sorted immediately and a replacement bulb was sent to me the following day, an excellent and professional service..item packaged safely with instructions..will use again..good job guys..

   ordered online on the friday and got here on the saturday morning and the tv was fixed in 15 min superb company thank you so much my kids are so happy now

   Ordered online at 16.20, dispatched and had a tracking number by 16.38. what more could you ask for. Great customer service, would highly recommend.

    Googled the lamp model number by 4pm and then the next day at approx 10am it arrived by Special Delivery. Nice one..!!
