Dissatisfied and frustrated with defective product

Poor customer service in dealing with faulty item being sent out. Tv got thrown out on xmas night with lamp inside due to frustration so unable to return item, which would have cost me a percentage and postage to return for replacement. Would not rate or recommend as i received a defective faulty item that rendedred useless after two weeks service.

How can we offer you refund if you are not returning the item? Maybe you did not install the lamp correctly? Advice wud have been given free of charge anyhow.
